Missing Driver

Hi, i  got a new Envy 15 3090la and appears to be a missing driver. Windows automatically tried to install the driver, but it doesn't work. On the properties appear:

 

Port_#0003.Hub_#0003

 

BCM20702A0

 

PLEASE HELP ME!

Hi,

 

It looks like you need the Broadcom Bluetooth driver which isn't actually listed as an available download for your notebook - try downloading and installing the Broadcom driver on the link below.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp50001-50500/sp50180.exe

 

If this installs correctly, restart the notebook and then check in Device Manager.
