Mouse Pointer with a mind of its own.

HP Pavillion Entertainment - Tablet PC - running Window XP

 

Mouse pointer moves on it's own.

Jumps off of screen.

 

Opens Control Panel / /

    Internet Options

    Indexing

    SCSI

spontaneously with no prompting from me.

 

Turned off Touch Pad

Disconnected Mouse

 

It still happens.

 

Any idea what's going on?

One more idea - -

Mouse clicks are occurring in the lower right hand corner of the screen.

I'm going to try and figure out how to disable the touch screen.
