HP Pavillion15-ab027TX
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Dear Friends,

Just now I bought HP 15-ab027TX laptop from a reputed E-commerce website through HP authorised vendor.

After the delivery of the product I am finding that its mousepad is sinking deep inside while making clicks. Also It is making a metallic sound while tapping (during browsing through the net).

I want to know wheher the piece I recieved is a defective or it is a perfect one without any defect. I have attached pic of mousepad also.

i grasp that you have just purchased the  Pavillion15-ab027TX and when you are using the TouchPad it sinks down  inside the notebook.

I suggest contacting HP support for assistance as it sounds like a physical problem and should be addressed. Pehaps a clip or connector is loose, disconnected or missing.

Please contact HP support at Contact HP Support.
