My HP Pavillion Laptop (DV9317ca) no longer powers up. Help

my DV9317 ca laptop has suddenly stopped powering up. Its seems to be getting power as the blue circle around the power input is glowing, but  when i press the power on button all I get is a quick flicker of the quickplay buttons and a quick wheeze from the fan for a fraction of a second and then it goes off. The three indicators in the bottom left of the keyboard area flicker but then go off.

I have tried the hard reset, but it didnt work.

Also tried another AC adapter and that didnt work either.

Tried reseating the RAM and the DVD drive, still no life.

 

Have you any suggestions?
