My genuine warranty rejected by HP..

Hi..
I was having display problem with my HP Probook 4520s laptop. When I submitted to HP authorized dealer for warranty they said that it will take up to 15 days to arrive back form HP after the repair. But Now the dealer (New Horizon Computer Pakistan -- http://www.newhorizonit.net) saying that HP has rejected my warranty as my laptop does not belong to this region. I don't know now what should I do. I don't even know where my laptop belong from. How will I claim my warranty. I am extremely disappointed by the service provided by HP. I think I have made a great mistake for buying an HP Product.
Any suggestions/comments are greatly appreciated.

HP won't even replace an 8 month old battery that is under warranty! Wow and to think I payed an arm and leg for my laptop. now I wish I looked at other companies. Bought it from Staples and got an extended, they said hey no problem we can replace it for you! Why should they look after HP responsiblity, but again that is what customer service is supposed to be.
