My hp zv6000 keyboard and touchpad doesnt work

Hello! I have my hp zv6000 for at least 2 years. OS  - Windows Professional Sp2. Yesterday, when i try to work with it the keyboard doesnt respond and when it does it writes  long series of the last key that i pressed. The touchpad stay black, i mean it doesn`t change in blue when i press on that little button. Do you have any idea? Let me tell you what i done and then maybe you can point me in any direction. So:

1. i make an BIOS update...nothing;

2. i replace the keyboard.....nothing;

3. even if you call me dumb, i re-install the OS (Windows Xp with SP2, and then after a half an hour a clean install with Windows Xp Pro with SP3).......nothing;

4. i install the latest drivers...nothing.

It is something usual on this model? If i use a mouse and a keyboard on usb i can use it. But it doesn`t feel ok. So, you have any idea? Thanks in advance!
