Hello im called Sam and i have a fair knowledge about computers but i have been having a very big problem with my HP Pavilion dv6.
My problem is when i turn my laptop on it gets very hot and i have checked to see if i have any programs open at start-up are using any CPU usage and their isn’t anything?
My laptop will remain hot the whole time it’s on and it’s not at normal degrees. It feels like its boiling no jokes! I can’t have it on my laptop its that hot
My laptop was brought last august so its not even a year old.
If you need the specs here they are
Laptop name: HP Pavilion dv6
Processor: AMD phenom II N930 quad-core processor 2.00GHz
Ram: 4gb
Graphics Card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470

Good Afternoon,
I hope this email finds you doing well,
My name is Anita Taylor; I’m a loyal HP supporter. 03-09-11 I purchased an all in one HP 8500A Plus. . In April I called because the machine vibrated, made noise and ate the paper from the paper drawer.
I called the store to take it back, and was told to call the number on the receipt. I call that number and was told the machine was under factory warrantee.
After several calls to HP I gave up and put the machine in the box in the corner.
I used the machine for coping only.
Today I called again just to give it one more try and got the runaround again… All I need is a printer that works or a refund.
PLEASE ADVISE
