NVIDIA Geforce 8400M GS update please help!

I am a PC learner and my laptop needs a up date for the NVIDIA Geforce 8400M GS where do I find it? how do I know it's safe to down load?

Can anyone please help me thankyou.

You can download the driver from here and it from Nvidia's website so safe to download
