Netbook suddenly defaulting to Windows 7 on start up rather than HP Instant Access

Hello everyone, I'm new.  Hope I'm posting in the right place.

I have new hp mini 110 netbook which, on start up goes straigh to HP Instant Access so I can surf and mail and Skype etc without having to start up Windows 7.  Whenever I DID choose to start Windows 7, it always asked me if I wanted to start that as default and I always said "NO".

Today suddenly on start up, it has gone straight to Windows 7 and I don't know why, nor how to change it back to defaulting to HP Instant Access instead.  Furthermore, when I DO get in to Windows 7, IE won't work.  It just says IE can' t display the page.

Everything worked perfectly last night so I don't understand why there are these problems today.  Any advice on how to get this back to working as before would be greatly appreciated.

(I did already try a restore....was surprised the latest restore point it gave me was Dec 26 which I choose, but it still defaulted to Windows 7 on start up so I undid the restore).

Please help anyone?? Many thanks....Celine
