Re: Numeric keypad not working???

try hitting the FN key then the Numlock key to lock or unlock the Numlock keys

or depening on layout just hit thre Numlock key

Re: Numeric keypad not working???

I would think that if your numeric pad isn't broken, that you would push the num lock. That's what appened to me and I pushed the num lock button and it turned it back on! But if your keyboard is just broken, then I would go and get it fixed. Sorry being a little too logic here Smiley Happy

Re: Numeric keypad not working???

I mean if it is. If it is broken then get it replaced. I'm sure that you can find someplace that would replace your computer. Smiley Happy Don't worry you'll get it fixed.

Re: Numeric keypad not working???

Numeric keypad not working on Windows HP Pavilion 8.1.

I finally found one solution: when I change some settings on my mouse pointer.

Use numeric keypad to move the mouse around the screen: make sure that is off.

Use mouse keys when number lock is on: make sure that's turned off as well hope that works for you to you. After you hit apply and okay then close the screen and see if you can use your keypad to input numbers!
