PLEASE HELP...... ...

I unplugged my HP Mini 1000CTO battery the way I shouldn't’t have done while the netbook is still on. When inserted the battery back and turn on the netbook, all I can see is "Enter CURRENT Password" in a black screen. I assume it's asking me for the BIOS password or the power on password.
After inputting 3 wrong passwords it says
"Password check failed
Fatal Error... System Halted.
"
and that's it.
I can't even get in to windows.
I assume there is a BIOS security chip on the hardware also...
PLEASE HELP.........

Keny try this.
Press F2 or F12 before the third time of entering the password see if you get a code.
Let me know if that works.

Please advice what to do further.
