Pavilion dv6-1352dx progressively deteriorating power issues

This pavilion dv6 came with a windows 7, 64 bit OS and was replaced with a windows 7 , 32 bit OS. It worked perfectly until one and a half years latter this message appears on start up 'consider replacing battery' . Two months after this I could not use the pc anymore. It will not charge up and cannot be operated on AC (keeps tripping off) After replacing battery the same problems persisted. Changed AC adapter three times. AC light at the sucket comes on and off at random. Works continuesly with battery till it drains off but trips off on ac. Now my pc will not switch on at all. But when I remove the ac and battery and press the power button for a minute and then plug the ac,  it attempts to power up for about 5secs and then goes off. Please help. My problem is now 8 months old. Hp says it cannot help me because I"m out of warranty.Local service personnel say they cannot help' THANKS.
