Pavillion a1108.uk SM Bus Controller

Can someone link me to a download for this file? Running Windows XP Pro 32 bit. Also can somone clear up the hp driver download for amd service pack 3 optimization. It sais it has to be installed prior to install of service pack 3. Is it worth while? if so is there a way of working round the fact i already have service pack 3 installed?
