Try this:
Disconnect AC
Shutdown
Remove battery
Press and hold power button for 30 seconds
Connect AC only (no battery)
Startup
Open Device Manager
Click the plus (+) sign next to Batteries category, right-click all of the "Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery" listings, and select Uninstall In the "Confirm Device Uninstall" dialog box, click OK. (it’s ok if you only have 1 of these).
Click the plus (+) sign next to System Devices.
Right-click the “ACPI Fixed Features Button" and select Uninstall. In the "Confirm Device Uninstall" dialog box, click OK.
Shutdown
Disconnect AC
Insert battery
Connect AC
Startup
.

Thanks friend. After doing this the Laptop works fine for 2 days.
Then again the problem resurfaces. BIOS updated and all the firmware updated. No use. Laptop is just 3 months old. I have told this guy to buy any other brand than Dell and Hp. But he was mesmarised by Tata Chroma, to buy this useless g6 model.
Ok. Now Any solution. or shall we do this removals and insertions every 3rd day...
