Power adapter compatability with Pavilion dv6

Does any one know if the HP 394159-001 or HP 403706-001 power adapters are compatable with the Pavilion dv6.  The power plugs appear to be the same as my wall charger that came with the notebook.  The wall charger says its output voltage is 18.5 volts and the two power adapters listed above in this post say the output is 19.5 volts.  I have seen them listed in other locations on the web as both 18.5 and 19.5 volts.  So the question is--Can I use these adapters with my Pavilion dv6?

Hi,

 

You need to check

 

1. Size and pin layout: Must be perfectly fit and right order

2. Wattage: must be same or higher than the original

3. Voltage: Should be ok with + or - 5% to 7%
