Hi Everyone,
Press power button and it lights up along with the power, battery and HD led indicators for about 2 seconds and goes out. The AC adapter inlet plug stays lit and so does the battery indicator light. They are both a solid blue. I have tried the hardware reset by removing the battery and unplugging the AC adapter and then holding down the power button for 20 seconds or longer then reattach the ac adapter and plug it in without the battery installed but this does not help
I also removed the battery, memory, hard drive and wireless card and still the same problem. Unit does not power up.
No fan, no hard drive spin up, no screen lighting up, no beep error codes even when I pull out all the items.
I changed the CMOS battery since it was at 3.02V and this did not help either. I'm not sure what else to do. I even tried another good AC adapter but still nothing. I know that there was a battery recall on this system but it does not look as though my battery was part of the recall. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks,
ALSHSH

You've done some good troubleshooting, even if your battery needed to be replaced you should be able to run off AC, looks like you are getting power (the blue light) thanks for putting that in.
I think you may have a hardware issue that requires repair.
Can you get into the BIOS by tapping the "f10" key when powering up?
