Quality That All Standards Should Be Gaged

:

Greetings,

First I would like to share an event that brought me to this forum.  On May 24 my home had a B & E occur, also several items were stolen and my families first electronic luxury my HPS2031 was one.  To my surprise,  the police dive team recovered it along with several other items.  You can't imagine my disappointment knowing that the one item we had looked forward to and just received this Christmas past was rendered useless! There was even more of a sadness being a single parent with 4 children and 1 is in need of a kidney transplant and this tool was used daily regarding information and a life line of sorts.  Because of times of hardship one of the items that was elevated was my home owners insurance, so my sadness after telling my children of yet another loss turned to anger!!:manmad: Man am I ever going to get a break,  just thinking of all the enjoyment my family got was immeasurable, the plans of the summer had a very big dark cloud that loomed constantly since this traumatic event.  Well, prayers were differently answered, after 3 days in the sun to my utter shock, my HP runs as well as the day we received it!!!:manvery-happy:

This is my first review "EVER" in my entire life and if you realized how many hours it took me to type this you may get a small part of how grateful and pleased that HP has that quality of craftsmanship and in my book are pioneers who has set the standard in which all of their competitors should stride for!!!!!

The structure looks a little rough but it runs like a great HP!!  Thanks once again, and I wish you could have witnessed those precious kids delight!!

Kindest Regards!!
