Hello guys. I’eve a question regarding HP Pavilion dv7-3020sa Entertainment Notebook PC. Recently, I have found that my charger is not working as how it used to be, and as a result, the charger sometimes stops charging the battery and indicating to replace it. I’eve clicked on HP Support Assistant in order to test the battery and it says that ‘‘based on the age of your battery, it is no longer covered by your HP warranty’’, although I bought the laptop in January 2010. I’eve feeling that age of the battery goes worse and worse on regular basis. Could someone help me how to tackle this problem, please?
