Right click on mouse model 3500 and add categories to "send to" list

I am using an HP dv6 notebook. 

 When I right click on my Microsoft model 3500 wireless mouse, I wish to add more choices in the "send to' option.  I was able to do this with my old XP computer but I can't seem to do it with my new dv6 laptop.

Can someone assist me?

Hi,

You have to setup your default email first, enything you send will use that email account. Which one do you prefer ? Hotmail, Yahoo mail or else. No need to tell us your email address, just the agent/client we will help you.

Thank you for your reply.  I wasn't referring to email, I was referring to how to add more options to the "send to" category when I right click with my mouse, i.e.  if I want to send a photo or document to my external drive or some other folder on my computer.
