Operating System installed  Windows 7 64-bit

Error message at the start up "SMART hard drive failure"

 

what should i do? how should i fix this problem?

and what doe the failur Id Q4JN0K-57J657-XD003G-60ED03  mean??

Hi:

 

You will need to replace the hard drive and use your recovery disks to reinstall the operating system and programs that came with your notebook.
