The pc won't start

Hello,my HP Pavilian P/N VK009PA won't start up,I have gone though the motions that HP suggested and had no joy.any other suggestions

Hi ruby 12. I had the same issues this morning. My computer would not go past the HP logo screen. I ended up having to disconnect the keyboard and the mouse and then restart the computer. Don't ask me how or why, but it worked. Hope this helps.
