Think before Purchase the HP Laptop.

Operating system Installed:- Windows 7 64 bit

 

I am using Hp laptop since 2006.I have 4 Hp laptop.Recently in Dec-2011 i have purchased 2 Hp laptop from INDIA.In one laptop I found some problem(i.e. OS repair Disk as well as Body Current Issue),then i contact Hp service center.The service center told me that this laptop is not authorized for shelling in India so they can not provide any support.Then i contact to Retailer but they also not provide me any positive response & also misbehave me.According to all these problem i think that i loss my laptop.I am mailing you when there is no any positive response i found.

                     I have a one Request for you that you take legal action against the retailer so that in future no one can have these type of problem & also your market review is good.I wil provide all the documents you will want.If you can not take any action then your market review is very bad,because this is common problem happens in India.Perhaps in future i am not interested to purchase HP laptop.
