Hi, I have a G60-535DX notebook running Windows 7 Home at 64-bit. All 3 of the USB ports stopped working at the same time. The computer isnt used much seeing is how it is my grandmothers. Is this something that can easily be fixed???? I have been looking to see if it is a driver issue or if they can just be fried for what ever reason, not I am having no luck finding anything. Please help with answers or solutions.

If you have already tried updating the drivers then you might want to backup all of the data and do an F11 recovery. If the problem still exist after the rcovery then the motherboard might be bad and the unit would need to be serviced. 1-800-hp invent
