It has been about a month now since I have been in contact with HP to try and get my Pavillion dv6700 notebook repaired. The case manager, Sylviane, has refused to contact me after initial contact, even though I had tried to contact her the day after initial contact. Even calling core support, there was no record of any contact whatsoever on my system, despite having a case number from the CM (#7501677627).
Due to this extremely poor customer handling, I will no longer be buying any product from HP, and will actually go out of my way to avoid their products now. This is entirely unacceptable under any circumstance.

I woudn't. They will not only charge you, but over charge you and accuse you of abusing your own system.

Sandy, I have already sent feedback directly to HP, which is what ended up with me being in contact with the CM. I have also sent more feedback on this issue, but seeing as how that failed to resolve anything last time, I feel I should take a more public approach as well.

Ok, so my complaint got escalated AGAIN. And what happens? I get put in contact with the EXACT same case manager who didn't even have the decency to call me back.
If she did get my voicemail, she should have called to confirm shipping information. If she didn't, she should have called just to check in, as I did say I would call back the next day. But no, a month goes by, and I don't hear a single peep from HP whatsoever.
