I bought a compaq pressario in august, but i didnt buy it direct, i bought it off a website dabs.com.
Recently the hard drive has failed (it has over 1300 bad sectors) afaik this means that it will have to be replaced. Unfortunatly the website i bought it from are being a pain in the arse and not answering the phone.
Does the one year warrenty that hp say they give apply to me in this case? I had a look on the warrenty checker and it said that the laptop had been bought in january before, is it possible to dispute this and tell them when i bought it? I should still have the invoice
