[ Edited ]

I have a new HP Pavilion dv7 notebook PC and can''t find where I can update the section where you log in by finger swipe. Anyone know where? Thanks in advance. s/CandW

Try Start > All Programs > Security and Protection > HP Simple Pass.

Re: changing finger swipe

I know what you mean. I changed mine because it was taking 4 - 5 swipes before it was recognized. Now it only takes 2 or 3. :smileysad:

Just make sure you remember your password, at least that works all the time.

Re: changing finger swipe

My finger swipe works ok but I don't remember the password and I am asked for the old password when I try to change it. Catch22?
