why at the time it entered windows 7 loading for a long time ?

and at the time i bougth this notebook is already damaged alloy book

 

this item is an HP authorized or not ?

Sorry but HP, Dell, IBM, Acer, Toshiba and every other laptop manufacturer do not manufacture there own memory.
