Why did warrant start before I purchased the notebook?

[ Edited ]

I bought this laptop in February of this year.  Yet I got a popup showing that my warranty started in July of last year and will expire in July of this year.  Why is that and how do I correct it?

Thanks.

Hi,
If you have a receipt then there is nothing to worry about.

It should easily be solved.
