Zune installation error

Product: HP G60-125NR Notebook PC

OS: Vista SP2

Issue: Zune installation error 'Corrupt File'

 

I have spoken with the Zune support people with no luck.

My .Net and OS are up to date.

I have downloaded the Zune package, size 276, 992 KB, and redownloaded, and redownloaded.

About a second into install, I receive the message, 'Corrupt File'.

I have done as suggested and opened the Zune package and attempted to change 'compatability mode' to 'Vista', but there is not an option to select 'Vista':

 

 

 

Zune support suggested contacting MS support after about 3 hours of chat.

Anyone?
