What is the best solution to expel the virus from my computer without formate, and especially a ( newfolder.exe ) virus?

due to newfolder.exe virus __my computer, very slow and don't work normally
some time, automatic shutdown ((  Separating the power completely Almost 30 min ))   when temp up to 90 deg.
Please, help me  ,
Knowing that, the type of computer     (( Windows 7 64-bit-- HP Pavilion DV6 )) .

Hi:

I would download and make the free Kapersky rescue disk.  You boot from the disk and it will scan your PC and remove viruses without you needing to be in windows.
