can not sign on due to delevery policy service failed

i can not sign into my computer because it keeps telling me "group policy client service failed sign in, access denide.

I looked into this error and found alot of helpful things to try, like sign in the administrator first, but how can i do that when i cant get passed the sign in stage?

Hello ravenbreath, welcome to the HP Forums.

I see that you're having an issue signing into your notebook, that you're getting an error when doing so an looking for some assistance with steps you've found to try. I will attempt to assist you with this.

To get into the Administrator account, you can try booting the notebook into Safe Mode.
You may even be able to troubleshoot the issue from safe mode.
