cant find my webcam icon on my window

I have tryed my best after making a new instullation omy hp G62 lap top, i can't find my webcam icon on the window.

How do i solve this problem?

Just put a short cut on the desk top. Not sure if that is what you are asking or if you mean you didn't install the cam.
