deleting files on memory card

I have a sandisk micro memory card and a adapter for it. There are files on it that I want to delete but when ever I try it says that I need administrator permission to do so. I click continue since I am the computers administrator but it tells me I can't perform this action and I need permission still. Can someone tell me how to get these files off this disk?

Right click on the folder the files are in and take ownership and grant permissions.

 

if they are not in a folder do this for each file, if there are too many files, let me know.
