Hi,

I'm looking to buy (from Canada) a HP Envy 17t-3000 series with i7-3820QM, 8GB RAM and a 750GB 7200rpm Hybrid HDD.

I can do the configuration I want on hp.com site but I think it's for US only.

How can I buy such a laptop from Canada? hp.ca does not have options to customize, it has only "shop now" option:

It shows a few stores having same name "envy 17" but without the configuration I want.

For Envy's, the U.S. and Canada are in the same market.  I'm not sure how the website works for purchasing, but it may have an option to switch to Canadian dollars in checkout.  If not, you may can contact Home and Home Office by phone and they can assist you

Nope Not possible.

Doing the config you need and buying it online is only for US. When you try to do the shipment part, you have options only for continental US (

Also I saw Best Buy online from US having Envy 17s very close to what I want. Not in Canada though, Canadian Best Buy has only old configs of hp, nothing near a decent Envy 17. Probably because of these stupid restrictions English/French?
