help :D my fan doesn't work alright, only comes on rarely, causes my pc to overheat

my laptop fan was really noicy and overheated so i cleaned my laptop for dust,

but after a coupple of days after, my fan doesn't really work, it only comes on rarely and my pc overheates and shuts down, so i can't use my laptop so  mutch, sometime the fan comes on and run for a little while if i blow air in the side of the laptop, but its only on for a short period of time anybody knows what i can do to make it work or keep my laptop from overheating.

It looks then you need to replace fan for new one.
