this is ALL wear and teear, never droped, the raddling was supposed to be fixed the second time this thing went into repair but they replaced the hinges for some stupid reason

You need a new Palm Rest and touchpad. They are all one part. Thats not a hard job to do yourself, and HP has great Tear down Manuals.
If you call again for repair, tell them you need a new Palm Rest Assem.. with Trackpad, touchpad..

blah, i dont want to rip my laptop apart, lol, i guess ill have to bring it into futureshop and let them deal with it, luckley i got the extended warrenty, if this isnt covered im asking for my $300 back
