i want to restore my PC to factory settings... how can i do that on a hp pavilion dv7-4150eo??

Hi:

Boot up the PC and at the beginning of the HP welcome screen, tap the F11 key to launch the recovery manager.

Follow the prompts to restore your PC to the factory settings.

Make sure you have backed up any data you wish to preserve as a system recovery will erase the current installatiion, programs and files and set the drive back to its original factory state.
