how to change bios password

i have buy a laptop probook 4530s it has password on bios how can i remove it

i know with desktop computers you have to move the jumpers on the motherboard . It would be a bummer if it's the same with laptops

I have a Bios Password wich I don't know(Its on bios not startup). How can I remove/reset it I have a HP Probook 4530s
