hp dv4 1135ee no video and screen is blank

1135ee dv4 laptop

i tried to swich on my laptop after a long time and the laptop will work for few seconds then restart and will keep doing this

caps lock and num lock leds aren't emmetting however the power and the leds of the touch panel all are emmetitng like "

as soon as i turn it on it will turn on then after say 4 secs will trun off the again on  one time then the laptop turns off complitily then restarts again and do the same thing! and so on ..


i checked the RAMs and everythings , tried to change the thermal component but nothing seems to work .. i used and external display ( cuz my laptop display is broken so my laptop is on and external one )  and i took off the laptop native display!

i did a hard reset with the power button pressed for 20 

i read about the GPU balling thing!

what does the lights mean ?

I locked into this but i didn't work ! even the num and caps lock leds aren't blinking .. only the volume control leds and the hard disk and power leds !
