hp pavilion dv2000 fingerprint reader not detected...

hello, does anyone knows how to fix this problem,? i;ve tried turning it off and on several times still, the fingerprint reader is not detected...any advice?  i really appreciate it ..thanks!

 I have installed windows 7 in my laptop .before when I bought, it has windows vista.Now I want to use the fingerprint but I could not . if there is any software please send me with the instruction of insalation thank you.
