hp simplepass problems?

Simplepass would be so great if it worked.  Is there a way to apply the scanner to another password manager?

I wish HP would work on a new program for this because that would be a major selling point for a lot of consumers.

Imagine not having to remember passwords, but still being completely safe because of the biometric security? 

Other computer builders would have to start adding it to their machines.

Come on HP! You could cost the competition sales and make them add it to their machines.  All you have to do is write a good password protection program!

Please oh please write  it.

This solution works, but why do I have to keep reinstalling? Is it Windows7, Internet Explorer, Google or some other program that keeps disabling HPSimplepass?

Hi i'm trying to open my simple pass and it doesn't open

A few days ago, SimplePass suddenly claims my fingerprints are not recognizable. Program keeps closing before I re-enter fingerprints.

When brower is open to the webpage in question, Simple Pass will again ask you to to enroll your finger print. Instead of doing so, exit this window and enter in your correct details. Simple Pass will ask if you want to save this combination. Click yes.

Please bear in mind that Simple Pass will now have 2 password/username combinations for that website. If you do not want this, I suggest uninstalling Simple Pass and then installing it again. This can be hard as you might lose the biometric fingerprint drive (Haven't tried it myself). Be sure that you remove Simple Pass' saved information on your profile.

The program may be corrupted. I suggest reinstalling Simple Pass

My simple pass gives me "The program is not working" warning and "check for online solution" thing. It just does not open. its version 5. i tried that recovery thing that you posted, it installed again but still not working.

My simplepass says that the sensor is not connected and when I tried to reinstall the program it notified me that it could not install without first being uninstalled from my laptop.

I have today put my internet security on and its upset simplepass it wont work.

I cant fnd any information about reset it back to factory setting so that I can reset it up.

I just want it to work like before.
