i cant turn on my interal web cam

i have a Presario CQ62 notebook serial number CNF0507H6J productnumber XG958U#ABA and my youcam is not reading the webcam and i dont no how to turn it on, plz help

Thanks for posting!

I looked up your system's specs on the HP support site using the product number you gave and according to that your system is webcam ready, but was not shipped with an internal cam. 

You can, however, get an external webcam very cheap at HP's accessory site.
