You have a couple of options as I see it.
1) Please check if the unit Load to Bios. To boot to Bios you need to power on the unit and Tap the F10 key then go to security Clear Administrator Password & Power On password if this does not work.
2) Remove the RTC OR CMOS battery from the Back panel of the unit and wait for sometime and insert it back on to the unit. If this does not work maybe you need to replace the Systemboard.
