gud day..im just new here and getting hard to find an answer on my question..anyway my problem is about my ac adapter..i would like to know the serial number of my adapter..coz i got problem here in my room mate he took my adapter and he change with his adapter and i know its only local and not original likes mine...i didnt know how to find mine,,so thats why im here coz i want to look the serial number and i can get mine to him..please..i use HP COMPAQ PRESARIO C500T.....

AC adapters do not have "serial" numbers, no way to know which one is yours.

 

All I can suggest it to call HP and ask which HP part number AC adapter is for your specific model, the HP part number should be on the AC adapter.

AC adapter (65 watt) - Input voltage 110-240VAC, 50-60Hz, 2.4A - 18.5VDC output voltage

 

Note that this is the current part number, so the one on your original adapter may be different. But if you need it replaced, that's the number to ask for.
