I have just updated the software on my laptop from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 and now cannot log into the itunes store. After entering apple id & password I get the following message 'We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The itunes store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.' This has only done this as far as I can tell, since the update. Could the update be causing the problem???
