Hello everybody,
What internet browser are you using? Internet Explorer or another one?
Can you also tell be your complete computer model name (for example dv6-1234ab)?
It seems to be a problem with your keyboard. The Ctrl key seems to be faultly, because Ctrl+D usually opens the 'Add to favorites' window in most browsers.
Regards.
