Good evening. I have a problem. I passed my notebook HP Pavilion tx1360er for repairs to the service center in St.Petersburg. Where I messed up the laptop. I went to court. I need to know the market value of the notebook to date. It is desirable to obtain from the official representation of HP a written response, which could be presented in court. Thank you.

You will have to use other means to determine value, how much is a new comparable system at the HP site?

Hi,

If you live in US then you should be interested in checking NVIDIA GPU settlement. All HP Pavilion Tx1xxx models purchased between March 2007 and May 31, 2008 are eligible to participate in the settlement. Check Identified Symptoms list to find out whether you can benefit from this arrangement. If it's one of your problems and you choose to file a claim, you will still need to complete a Claim Form here and provide the required information.
