Hi Sir/Madam,i humbly write to make some enquiries about my hp laptop. I'm interested in knowing the model of my laptop. The information available to me are: Processor: Intel(R) ATOM(TM) CPU N450 @1.66GHZ 1.67 GHZ, Installed memory (RAM) :2.00 GB, System type:32-bit operating system, 

My questions are: My model identification number. Secondly, how i can download drivers for my hp laptop on windows 7, particularlrly webcam and window media drivers.It is important to state that i formatted and upgraded my system from window xp to window 7 when it was infested by virus.

I am trying to get the bluetooth on my DV6753ca working, Have installed HP Connection Manager, but Bluetooth does not show up.  What do I need to do?

Hi, Madgolfer:

Did you install the Software Support for HP Integrated Module with Bluetooth Wireless Technology package?

If not, that may be why your bluetooth isn't working. The native windows bluetooth driver isn't enough to get the bluetooth to work.
