how can i activate my print screen key. its not working eversince i bought my hp laptop?

Hi,
Normally when hit Print Screen (Prnt Scrn) the system stores the contents in the clipboard, you have to open an application (such as Paint) and paste the clipboard to it. Print Screen does not send the screen to printers. Please try these steps:
- Hit Prnt Scrn (depending on your machine, you may need to hold down the Fn key and hit Prnt Scrn).
- Open Paint
- Hold down Ctrl key and hit V.
You sould see the screen in Paint.
