My scroll bar on my Compaq CQ1-410us notebook has stopped working and i would like to know how to make it start working again,

Hi...

 

did you check if you had the touchpad switch turned on?

 

if it is already turned on, then try Re-Installing the touchpad driver for your system...

 

Recovery Manager>Hardware Drivers Re-Installation>look for anything that says touchpad driver...
